In order to help the young teachers of the Research Institute of Structural Health Management improve their teaching ability and online course production ability, on July 7, the Research Institute invited Professor Wang Ziping, the first prize winner of the online course competition in Jiangsu Province and professor of the Department of Mechanics of the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Mechanics, to impart online course production experience. All teachers of the Research Institute of Structural Health Management attended the meeting, which was presided over by Professor Zhu Jianguo, President of the Research Institute.

Professor Wang shared his experience in online course production from six aspects: design concept, competition process, display form, script writing, shooting essentials and post processing. He believes that in teaching, using animation to present and teach knowledge can mobilize students' multiple senses and stimulate students' interest in learning. He also emphasizes that in the production of online courses, the shooting theme should be accurate and attractive, the recording content should be distinctive and effective, the page should be innovative and original, and the PPT should be clear and appropriate and the subtitles based on problem solving is also necessary.

The wonderful sharing has aroused teachers' resonance for many times. The teachers present at the meeting showed high enthusiasm for the sharing content. This meeting is conducive to promoting the enthusiasm of teachers to participate in online course competitions, and has played a positive role in promoting teachers' teaching information technology and application level.
