On April 10, 2012, Prof. Wang paid a visit to JU. Leaders from the International Office, the Personnel Department, and the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Mechanics welcomed Prof. Wang.

Prof. Wang gave a lecture on “From Continuum Shell Models towards Carbon Nanotubes” at the 3rd reporting hall of our conference center. Teachers and students from the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Mechanics, School of Mechanical Engineering and School of Material Science & Engineering heard the lecture. Many teachers and students exchanged their academic ideas with Prof. Wang.

After the lecture, Prof. Wang visited JU campus accompanied by Dean Prof. Ying Luo. He was impressed by our beautiful campus and spoke highly of our advanced teaching and research facilities.
