In order to further strengthen the research cultural atmosphere of the institute and help young teachers grow, the Institute of Structural Health Management held the second academic seminar for young teachers on the afternoon of April 19 in 2023.Young teachers Lijun Zhuo, Ruijie Wang, Jian Li made an academic report. All the teachers of the Institute participated in the activity. The meeting was presided over by Mr. Zhu Jianguo, president of the Institute.

First of all, the three teachers, Lijun Zhuo, Ruijie Wang and Jian Li, respectively reported the ideas and measures of personal scientific research work, the difficulties and highlights of scientific research work, and the research progress.Then, combined with young teachers’ research direction, Ying Luo gave specific guidance and academic development suggestions according to their report content. Finally, Professor Zhu Jianguo suggested that young teachers should transform their thinking and broaden their horizons under the current situation, actively strive to break through and create opportunities for themselves, thus maximizing their academic initiative to create a greater and better situation for their academic development.
