Invited by Faculty of Civil Engineering and Mechanics, Prof.Jiazhen Hong, from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, visited our faculty and gave us a lecture with the topic of “Modern mechanics and engineering – start from key technology inaerospace ”.

All the teachers, graduate students and some undergraduate students of our faculty attended his lecture. Dean Prof. Ying Luo briefly introduced Prof. Jiazhen Hong’s main teaching and scientific achievements. Deputy Dean Prof. Baocang Sun hosted this lecture. Prof.Jiazhen Hong’ lecture will have an positive effect on enhance our teachers understanding about mechanics in scientific and technological improvement and talents cultivation.
