In order to improve the educational level of academic tutors and promote the healthy growth of students, our faculty held a “One-for-one” academic tutors meeting for the major of engineering mechanics.

Deputy Zhou Xian introduced the background and importance of the work of “One-for-one” academic tutors. Academic tutors communicated with each other about students’psychological characteristics,academic and career planning, scientific research.

Deputy Zhou Xian emphasized that academic tutors should recognized the importance and cultivation of students training, try to promote students’growth and success combine with characteristics for majors.
